I'm Simone Vincenzi...

...and I co-founded a seminar and training company called GTeX with my business partner Ben Shorter. 

GTeX stands for Growing Together Exponentially, and we are a community of change-makers that work together to grow our businesses and make an impact. 

When we started GTeX, and we became great at coaching and mentoring, we had 3 BIG problems.

1) We did not know what we were doing. 

We were trying everything and we were keeping busy but without a real progress forward.

2) We did not stand out. 

And kept creating programs that did not get our potential clients excited.

3) We could not get clients consistently. 

And we needed to rely on other contracts or jobs to keep the business afloat.

Both Ben and I came from different industries and had no network or presence in the personal development space.

We had to work hard to build our companies and reputation.

Fortunately, thanks to our mentors and network, we figured out what we were missing.

And things started to turn around. 

We reached our first six-figures before the age of 26, and our business doubled every year for 5 years in a row.  

We decided to take it seriously...

What we have discovered over the years is not rocket science. 

But it requires strategy, connections and having the right message. 

Following this decision, it only took 3 years to launch a corporate sales training company that did almost 6 figures in the first year and an investment company that helps recruitment agencies to grow and scale. 

In one year, we went from 4 to 15 team members and ran an average of 200 live events every year. 

I have since been writing for Forbes, Entrepreneur Magazine, The Huffington Post. 

I spoke on TEDx and shared the stage with Les Brown, Dr John DeMartini, Jairek Robbins and many more. 

We organised events featuring Gary Vee, John C. Maxwell, Simon Sinek etc... 

Today we work with the top experts to get them known, paid and make the impact they want to make, and we helped more than 500 businesses to be profitable. 

From our own and experience and working with more than 5000 businesses over the past 9 years we realised that experts struggle to sell for 3 reasons.

1) They don’t have a clear business strategy and waste any more time or energy on things that don’t work.

2) They don’t have a High Converting Offer that can serve their clients at the highest level and convert like crazy.

3) They don’t have a launch strategy so they don't sell-out their offers and lose opportunities every time they launch.
